  16. Commodore has never supported sprites in Amiga mode in any decent way, 
  17. with the advent of AGA you can not display more than 2 sprites in a 
  18. standard viewport, and of course dblpal etc. has meant even less chance 
  19. of sprite support. I agree with them, if you are writing OS friendly 
  20. stuff that you want to run on the next generation of Amigas forget about 
  21. sprites except for the pointer
